Gerhard Viljoen

| Gerhard and his family moved from Rustenburg, South Africa in February 2009 to join the Cowell Electric team as the Northern Areas Manager. He has vast knowledge and experience in the electrical field serving in the South African Defence Force for 2 years specialising in engineering. |
On completing his electrical apprenticeship Gerhard commenced work in the construction industry doing Low Voltage and High Voltage reticulation of large buildings.

| Working his way up to contract management level he gained the experience he needed to form his own company, Electro Clinic and Drain Surgeon, in a town called Rustenburg. |
The company specialised in construction and maintenance as well as working under ground in the Platinum Mines.
